ATTENTION: WE DO NOT SHIP. IT IS BUYER’S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO ARRANGE SHIPPING. AN APPOINTMENT IS REQUIRED AT LEAST 2 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVING AT J. GARRETT AUCTIONEERS. INSTRUCTIONS ARE OUTLINED IN YOUR INVOICE (PLEASE CHECK SPAM FOLDERS). PICKUP APPOINTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE FROM 10AM-2PM MONDAY-FRIDAY ONLY, IN ORDER TO ACCOMMODATE TRUCKS AT OUR LOADING DOCK. NO APPOINTMENTS OFFERED ON WEEKENDS OR AFTER 2PM. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO COMMUNICATE THESE FIRM HOURS TO YOUR SHIPPER IN ORDER TO AVOID STORAGE FEES. ITEMS WILL BE PLACED ON OUR DOCK FOR YOU OR YOUR SHIPPER TO PACK AND LOAD, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. OUR STAFF WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE TO HELP PACK OR LOAD. YOU OR YOUR SHIPPER MUST BRING YOUR OWN HELP AS WELL AS PACKING MATERIALS. IF YOUR SHIPPER ARRIVES TO OUR DOCK WITHOUT HELP, EXPECT TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO COMMUNICATE ADHERENCE OF THESE REQUIREMENTS TO YOUR CHOSEN SHIPPER. ABSOLUTELY NO PICKUP ON AUCTION DAYS. We strongly recommend removing your items promptly after auction to avoid storage fees. After 10 business days, storage fees of $10 per lot, per day will be enforced. Please note that if your payment is late, causing items to be collected late, this does NOT qualify for any special privileges and storage fees will be enforced. After 30 business days items will be considered abandoned, IN WHICH CASE BUYER WILL FORFEIT OWNERSHIP AND ITEMS WILL BE SOLD OR DONATED WITHOUT WARNING. WE ARE NOT REQUIRED TO REMIND OR NOTIFY BUYER AT ANY TIME. 

J. Garrett Auctioneers shall not be held liable for damage that occurs after an item leaves our dock or if selected shipper causes damages on our dock. We are not affiliated with any shippers. Buyers should discuss insurance directly with the shipper of choice. Contacting a shipper and obtaining quotes prior to bidding is strongly recommended. If items are damaged in shipping, buyer must contact the shipper directly to file a claim. Any condition concerns will be null and void after the 10th business day following the end of the auction. 

INTERNATIONAL PURCHASERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CUSTOMS FORMS, ENTRIES, RELEASES, DUTIES AND FEES, AND J. GARRETT AUCTIONEERS, NOR SHIPPERS RECOMMENDED BY J. GARRETT AUCTIONEERS, WILL BE LIABLE FOR ITEMS DELAYED BY FOREIGN CUSTOMS OR RELEASE ASSOCIATED DUE TO IMPROPER CUSTOMS FORMS OR DECLARATIONS. 

PICKUP ADDRESS: 9203 Diplomacy Row, Dallas, TX 75247 by appointment only, unless otherwise stated in the lot description. Hours vary and appointments are limited. You/your shipper may not pickup without an appointment.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR SHIPPER FAILURE TO PICKUP ALL PURCHASES, NOR FOR SHIPPER FAILURE TO ADHERE TO SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. SHIPPERS SHOULD EMAIL INFO@JGARRETTAUCTIONEERS.COM WITH CONTACT INFO AND AWAIT CONFIRMATION PRIOR TO PLANNING COLLECTION. BUYER SHOULD ALWAYS PROVIDE THE SHIPPER WITH LOT NUMBERS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS. WE WILL NOT RELEASE ITEMS TO THE SHIPPER WITHOUT A WRITTEN RELEASE FROM BUYER AND A COMPLETE BILL OF LADING. JEWELRY, SILVER, AND HIGH-VALUE ITEMS MUST SHIP VIA AN INSURED CARRIER.
