I understand that my bid is a legal binding contract between J. Garrett Auctioneers and myself. I understand there is a 28% buyer’s premium for all bids. I understand that all sales are final and items are sold AS IS-WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees. I authorize J. Garrett Auctioneers to charge the credit card provided for successful bids and applicable buyer’s premium/tax.
