Garrett is authorized to charge my credit card listed below for successful bids and applicable buyer’s premium/tax. I understand there is a 28% buyer’s premium for both absentee and internet bids. I understand that all sales are final and items are sold AS IS-WHERE IS, there are no warranties or guarantees, and I have read and agree to J. Garrett’s Terms & Conditions of Sale.

Bids submitted less than 48 hrs. prior to Day 1 of sale cannot be guaranteed. All absentee bids are handled as a courtesy. J. Garrett is not responsible for failure or errors related to execution of your bids.

Please note that if it is your first time bidding with us, we may ask to charge your credit card a temporary amount that will be refunded immediately post auction.
